Pat graduated from Vanderbilt University and has been a practicing CPA since 1984. After gaining exceptional experience at area firms, she opened her own firm in 1988. She provides consulting, tax and accounting services to medical practices and business owners. She specializes in assisting clients in interpreting the language of finance and tax so they can better understand their options and be in control of business decisions and strategies. Pat is married with two daughters and enjoys volunteering for local organizations.
Lynne attended both the College of William and Mary and Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, and graduated with a degree in accounting. She has been a practicing CPA since 1979, starting her career with the national CPA firm of Peat, Marwick & Mitchell. Her career with the firm began in 1990, and she currently serves as CTM’s Director of Tax. In the 25+ years she has worked with the company, she has concentrated in the areas of tax and small business, including the tax effects of acquisitions and sales of businesses and owner buy-ins/buy-outs. Lynne is a member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA). In her spare time she has turned her love of fitness into a second career, and has taught group fitness classes in the Knoxville area for over 30 years. She believes that the key to a happy life is striving for balance between work, family, and leisure time.
